We examine the direct and indirect impacts of natural disasters on deposit rates of bank branches during the 2008 – 2017 period. We find spatial spillover effects contribute substantially to the total impact for deposit rate-setting branches.(Conditionally Accepted at Journal of Financial Stability, 2023)

Bundle options and limited consideration extend the standard demand model for differentiated products. I use data on household shopping and store sales to estimate the complementarity in bundles and the degree of limited consideration in yogurt purchases.

Consumers often do not account for unplanned purchases in their store choice when planning grocery trips. I show set identification in a discrete model for store choice with partially observed stores' attributes, and construct the confidence region for consumers' preferences.
